Complimentary takeoff services are provided for convenience purposes only. Client is fully responsible for approving quantities of material needed. Above quantities are the exact amount to be shipped, client is responsible for adding sufficient amount of waste (Typ. added 18%)

All Invoices are 50% down & 50% upon delivery. Price and availability subject to change without signed order and deposit.

Standard Origin Millworks siding and trim material is sold at Random Lengths (RL). The Majority of RL boards will tally between 8' - 20' length, with a minimal quantity tallying between 4'-8' lengths. Target lengths can be noted upon request and Origin Millworks will attempt to produce the order in the targeted lengths. There are no guarantees of any specific length for RL line items. Our non factory cut ends are rough and will require trimming upon install. (EL) Exact Lengths are available at an up charge.

The production schedule starts upon Origin Millworks receiving both a signed confirmation and initial deposit payment. Consult with your Sales Representative to determine a delivery lead time at the time the order is placed. Origin Millworks can provide estimated timing, but there are no guaranteed delivery dates as all orders are made custom.

Jobsite needs to accomodate a semi and 48' flatbed. Customer is responsible for method of unloading typ. (Lift Onsite) most packages weigh over 2,000 lbs. Customer is responsible for arranging all receiving of material once truck is arrived at job site.

All orders by Origin Millworks are custom made-to-order and upon approval cannot be returned. Upon signature Customer accepts quantities and product type as final. Upon beginning installation process of the material, the Customer has fully accepted the material as satisfactory.
